We understand that life gets busy and sometimes things pop up.
We require 48hours notice for all cancellations/reschedule requests.

Please respect that any less than 48hours notice does not give us adequate time to fill your booking in order to accommodate another client.
Failure to show for a scheduled appointment will require full payment upfront for any future bookings.
Any Cancellations due to Covid will not incur a cancellation fee.
